Warmup
A: Mobility – hip opener
1min couchstretch per side
1min pigeon pose per side
1min straddle stretch

B: General Warmup
2 rounds of:
20 Jumping Jacks
10 reps T-spine opener quadrupled per each side

Conditioning

100 Hangclean Thruster for time
EMOM 5 burpees

Orginal the workout is done with 2 DBs 15/10kgs, but it can easily be switched up by using one arm and alternating arm or if the object is slightly heavier use both hands.
No matter what this is a real kicker.
