Recovery Day Its time to slow down a bit, every couple of weeks of hard training it is time to slow down and not just do a pure rest day but something just a bit more to get the blood flowing. A fairly quick Dynamic warmup with Ulrik helms then it is time to get Outside. Run, Swim, Bike etc. for about 45-50min, nothing rough just get out and enjoy moving around, let the body decide the pace. Warmup Dynamic warmup ”Workout” Get Outside 45-50min of Active recovery ex. jog, biking, swiming etc. Brisk walk etc. |
