Interval 2: Amrap Scorpions

Conditioning
The ”Easter Fun”
Teams of two
100 reps of each, the team decides the sequence but must finish a movement prior to moving to the next.

Hand release Pushups
SDLHP
Pull Up/Table Rows
Sit Ups
Squat jumps
Walking Lunges
Bicep Curl
10m sprints
Lateral Jumps
Burpees

Or if you cant get a family member to join you, do 50reps of each on your own
